WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO FEEL DURING THE PROCEDURE?
A brief cooling sensation will be felt each time the treatment tip touches your skin, followed by a brief but deep heating sensation. The Thermage FLX™ system's vibratory function further reduces the sensation of heat making your treatment a comfortable process. Most patients who have undergone this treatment at VIDASKIN have described their experience to be effective and enjoyable.
If you would like a even more comfortable treatment, you can opt to apply an anaesthetic cream before the procedure. Kindly take note that it will 30 - 40 minutes for the anaesthetic cream to take effect.
HOW LONG DOES THE THERMAGE™ FLX TAKE?
As this is a cutomisable treatment, your treatment can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour. Overall, it is considered a quick lunch hour procedure which allows you to return to your regualr activities right after. This is why it's sometimes referred to as the " lunchtime facelift".
For best results, we reccommend that you come back for a yearly maintenance. Patients who commence on their anti ageing routine much ter may find themselves benefiting from 2 treatments, 6 months apart for the first year.
